Welcome to our space!
Whether you are joining us with friends, partner(s) or on your own, for a workshop, event, yoga class or lecture, it's always good to know your way around, what to expect, how a space works and our rules and guidelines!

1. Arrival - Entrance - Ground Floor
When you arrive at the Studio, please be ON TIME or a few minutes early to have time to settle in before the event starts!
The entrance is by the sidewalk (Next to the pizza place) with parking spots in the front.
Please be mindful/calm/quiet as you enter so you don't startle people that have already settled in.
When you enter you will find 2 rows of curtains, please don't open the curtains if they are closed as they are there to create a safe environment/layer from the outside world inside the space.
Take your shoes off (use the shoe rack -> on the right side as you enter through the front door)
On your right hand side through the back you will find a coat rack to store your coats/jackets/bags which is next to the shelf with all the pillows, yoga mats, yoga blocks, and blankets that you may use as needed.
Next to that you will also find the door to the bathroom (WC).

2. Upper floor - Kitchen - Hang-out Area
On your left hand side in the main room you will find the doorway to the stairs to the second floor.
Upstairs there is another coat rack for storing your belongings (and a second bathroom soon).
The upstairs area is an open room that can be seperated with a row of curtains (for private sessions, thai yoga massage and smaller more intimate workshop groups).
There is a little kitchen on the left where you can make tea (check the first two drawers) and store your snacks and drinks in the fridge.
On the right side there is a sofa and a chair to sit, hang out and chat.
At the back of the upstairs area there is a little gallery by the window row where you can also hang out, sit at a little table and look out the windows at the sea.

3. Workshops, yoga classes, lectures, Rope Jam, play parties and other events.
When you come to any workshop, yoga class, other event or lecture please BE ON TIME/BE EARLY.
It is to respect and honor everybody's time and energy and to have enough time to settle in!
Most facilitators at our space are creating a safe environment and CLOSED group for their events. Also when you miss the start of a workshop, discussion group or lecture you miss important information and introductions that might be critical to the rest of the event.
For some events there is a time frame that you can arrive in and after that the doors will be locked and you won't be able to enter even if you purchased a ticket.
Workshops/Lectures
Workshops are usually held in the main space downstairs.
Mostly we create a circle or spots to sit at on the floor with pillows/blankets/carpets though chairs are always available too (and depending on the context).
In breaks the space upstairs is used to get tea, stand up to stretch the legs, chat and socialize.
Meet-ups/Munches and Peer Support/Discussion Groups
Discussion Groups are usually held downstairs, depending on the group size and the facilitator - please be on time!
Even in sharing circles and discussions it's always your choice if you want to speak/share or not. Witnessing and taking everything in is also participating.
Meet-Ups/Munches on both floors.
For casual Meet-Ups/Munches you can come anytime during the duration of the event.
It's mainly to connect, chat, meet (new) people, talk and discuss, socialize and hang-out.

Yoga classes
Classes are held downstairs in the main room.
Please come a bit before the start of the class to have time to change and settle in with your mat and props.
You can change in the bathroom downstairs.
Bring your own mat or use one of ours.
Clean the mats and blocks after use with spray and towel (next to the shelf).

Rope Life Drawing/Módelteikning
Please arrive at 19:45 to have time to find your spot, set up your drawing material and settle in.
You can arrive until the official starting time (20:00) then the doors will be locked.

Rope Jams
You can arrive within an hour/half an hour of the starting time, then the doors will be locked and noone new is allowed in.
Rope Jams are for everyone, you don't need to know how to tie, you can also just come to get to know people, socialize or maybe even find someone to tie with.
At Rope Jams the studio is seperated into two areas:
Upstairs for chatting, socializing, snacks, tea (and more aftercare).
Downstairs for tying (and aftercare).
Please don't occupy a tying spot if you're not tying.
Use the spot, take time for your initial aftercare and then move to the hang-out areas on the sides or upstairs for more aftercare or to chat, discuss, eat and get tea or water.
We want the space downstairs to be clean and quiet so people can enjoy tying.
No food (except water if needed) is allowed in the main room downstairs during Rope Jams
You can read all rules and guidelines for Rope Jams here.

Play Parties
You can arrive within an hour/half an hour of the starting time, then the doors will be locked and noone new is allowed in.
All play and anything else at play parties is completely optional and consensual. Nobody HAS to play or do anything else they don't feel like doing but respect other people's choices and personal space.
At Play Parties the studio is seperated into two areas:
Upstairs for chatting, socializing, snacks, tea (and more aftercare) as well as more low key play.
Downstairs for playing (and aftercare).
Please don't occupy a play spot if you're not playing.
Use the spot, take time for your initial aftercare and then move to the hang-out areas on the sides or upstairs for more aftercare or to chat, discuss, eat and get tea or water.
We want the space downstairs to be clean and quiet so people can enjoy playing and watching. No food (except water if needed) is allowed in the main room downstairs during Play Parties.
You can read all rules and guidelines for Play Parties here.
