Spektrum Reykjavik remains themselves the right to cancel orders, for example because of wrong price declaration or unforeseen cancelling of workshops, events, classes or courses.
Spektrum Reykjavik áskilur sér rétt til að hætta við pantanir, t.d. vegna rangra verðupplýsinga
eða hætta að bjóða upp á vörutegundir fyrirvaralaust.
By purchasing a ticket to any of our workshops/events/classes/private sessions
you acknowledge that you have READ and AGREE to follow our rules and guidelines.
Afhending vöru/þjónustu
All orders are processed the next weekday.
If for any reason the order is not available we will contact you about a refund.
Allar pantanir eru afgreiddar næsta virka dag eftir pöntun.
Sé pöntunin ekki hægt að afgreiða munum við hafa samband um endurgreiðslu.
Prices/Verð
All prices in our webshop include taxes where it applies.
Öll verð í vefverslun eru með inniföldum virðisaukaskatti ef á við.
Refunds/Endurgreiðslustefna
Workshops, classes, courses, giftcards, membership-fees, and tickets to events will not be refunded
(unless because of date changes from our side).
Námskeið, félagsgjöld, miðar á viðburði, gjafakort, fást ekki endurgreidd og þeim er ekki hægt að skila
(nema um breytingar á dagsetningar okkar megin er að ræða).
Privacy policy/Öryggisskilmálar (vernd persónuupplýsinga)
All personal information will be strictly confidential and will not be given or sold to a third party.
Seljandi heitir kaupanda fullum trúnaði um allar upplýsingar sem hann gefur upp í tengslum við viðskiptin.
Upplýsingar verða ekki undir neinum kringumstæðum afhentar þriðja aðila.

These Terms and Conditions are in accordance with Icelandic law.
Samningur þessi er í samræmi við íslensk lög. Rísi mál vegna hans skal það rekið fyrir Héraðsdómi.
Shipping
of physical products
You can pick up your order at our Studio after purchase or send us a message if you want to come by (the studio is not always open as we mostly have workshops/classes and private sessions going on).
We only send via Pósturinn and in Iceland.
Sending costs are to be payed by the receiver.
