Therapeutical Yin Yoga/Yin fascial yoga (75min.)
Yin Yoga classes start with breathwork/meditation and then work with deep stretches that are held for a few minutes and fascial release flow/movements to release tension and stress that is stuck deep in the physical body.
Therapeutical adjustements (light touch/pressure and posture correction) are given to each person individually (if wanted), this is to:
- create more body awareness
- help the body into a deeper relaxation
- work on flexibility
- give individual support/help to progress
Adjustments are always OPTIONAL
(There is a maximum of 8 participants to ensure enough time for each individual, please sign up for the classes!)
- Breathwork and meditation
- Holding deep stretches and yoga flow/movement to release fascial tissue

Yin yoga balances the nervous system as you rest in longer-held postures. It allows a space to quiet the mind and heal. When you stimulate the connective tissue, it can help with flexibility, circulation, and muscle recovery.
We have yoga mats, blankets and pillows available and encourage to use as many props as possible to help relax into the poses.
We may use incense, palo santo or essential oils in the space, please let us know of any allergies or sensitivities beforehand or before the class.
